Important Updates:

How much work should my child be doing every week

The easy formula is approximately 6% each week in every class. Students that complete 6% each week will never be behind pace or get marked absent. March 15th marks the end of quarter 3 and halfway through semester 2. Consequently, students should be approximately 50% complete in all of their classes. We hope you are sitting each Friday with your child to go through their gradebook to monitor their progress and match their gradebook with the teacher’s pacing guides.
Spring break is a great time to catch up or even work ahead. Any questions contact Joe Pitura at 335-1484.

FSA testing begins the first week of April

Please click on the below link and open the appropriate testing calendar document. Grades 4-10 FSA Writing begins the first week of April. Grade 3 Reading FSA is April 3rd and April 4th.  More specific information to follow. We wanted to give you time to plan and make arrangements. Any questions- call 337-8178

Useful Tips:

Academic integrity means:

  • Your work on each assignment will be completely your own
  • Your collaboration with another classmate on any assignment will be pre-approved by your instructor
  • You will not practice plagiarism in any form
  • You will not allow others to copy your work
  • You will not misuse content from the Internet
  • You will not provide assistance to anyone scheduled to take the same course semester/final exams in the future

Your parent/guardian will attest to the fact that your work is completely your own.
