Lee Virtual School Career & Technical Education 

Lee Virtual School follows Lee County’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) model dedicated to providing students with certifications which are recognized and valued by national industry, post-secondary institutions and local business partners. Industry certifications measure student mastery of the knowledge and skills which are the foundation of CTE programs. Assessments can provide a continuous improvement model for CTE instruction, while also providing the industry with the assurance that CTE program graduates have the skills required in the workplace.

LVS currently offers the following certifications:  Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Adobe Photoshop; CIW Internet Business Associate; Gaming Essentials, Multimedia Essentials, Programming/Logic Essentials, Communications Essentials, Computing Essentials, and Word Processing Essentials.

Important Announcements

Grace period- full time students need to be on pace in all of

their classes. Students not on pace could be withdrawn from

their classes.

 

Parent training- our first parent training was Thursday night

January 16th. Call Joe Pitura (335-1484) if you missed the training

and would like to know how to set up a guardian account to monitor

your child’s progress. The single most important thing you can do

to ensure the success of your child is to monitor their progress.
